ABOUT ME
I am a Molecular Biologist with a background in Genetics, Evolution and Bioinformatics.

My research is focused on uncovering the molecular basis of the phenotypic adaption at all levels from cell to population and taxa.

I am interested on understanding the evolutionary processes governing the rapid divergence of reproductive proteins and the progression of human diseases such as cancer.

For my research purposes, I apply methods in phylogenetics, comparative genomics, population genetics and molecular evolution on a variety of animals.
